Deskey is very happy to announce the promotion of Christy Hannegan, an eight-year company veteran, to the position of Director of Operations. Christy continues to manage the agency’s day-to-day operations, and in her new role is focused on designing and growing people programs, processes and systems.
Christy originally came to Deskey in 2002 as a client services intern while studying integrated strategic communications at the University of Kentucky. After graduating she spent five years on the account management side at agencies in Lexington and St. Louis before settling back home in Cincinnati as Deskey’s Billing Manager in 2011.
Christy most recently served as Deskey’s Operations and Billing Manager. “Christy’s experience in account management, billing, and her management of agency policies and procedures give her a unique perspective on many aspects of our operations,” said Doug Studer, CEO. “She is well prepared for success in her new role.”
Christy has over 15 years of agency experience. She is also a founding member of BluEarth, a Deskey practice that uses biomimicry to inspire design, innovation and strategy. When she isn’t focused on our people programs, processes and systems at Deskey, Christy is focused on operations at home — she’s a busy Earth-conscious mama of two preschool boys who enjoys getting dirt under her nails in her garden.
