Deskey, a premier branding firm in Cincinnati, Ohio, is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The person in this position is a direct link between our brand and our clients, so . . . no pressure!

Your job will be making sure that clients and guests receive amazing customer service while answering and directing phone traffic, keeping tabs on our staff, scheduling conference rooms and couriers, handling deliveries, telling people where to park . . .  and all the while keeping cool, calm and hip.

You’ll be greeting and looking after people that mean a lot to us, so if you get to know their names, their favorite beverage and who they're here to see, you'll be a star.

You’ll be a pro at helping arrange and order food for events of all sizes, and you’ll help brainstorm and plan those very events and parties.

You’ll also assist with billing, making sure invoices are going out and money is coming in.

Required Skills & Experience:

Exceptional customer service skills

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Business maturity, a positive attitude and a professional demeanor

Considerable tact, discretion and integrity to interface effectively with personnel at all levels internally and externally

Ability to handle information of a highly confidential and/or sensitive nature

Experience with multi-line phone systems, computers and office equipment

Demonstrated ability to handle administrative details and routine day-to-day issues independently, assuming responsibility without direct supervision

Highly organized and proactive mindset

Strong computer skills; Mac experience a plus

2-3 years of administrative reception-related experience

High school diploma; college a plus

Previous cat-herding experience a definite plus

Speaking of animals, you must love dogs because quite a few come to work
