Account Manager

Deskey is an independent, women-owned and led branding agency based in Cincinnati. We are rapidly growing to reflect the world around us and are searching for an experienced and dedicated Account Manager who thrives in creating order and getting sh** done. This self-driven team player will guide engagements and help manage the workflow of accounts on our client roster of Fortune 500 companies, startup brands and not-for-profits.

We are looking for an experienced candidate with excellent communication skills and an eagerness to partner with our clients and teams. Our ideal candidate will support the strategic direction of multiple clients and be responsible for deliverables that align to our client’s brand strategy. Partnership and collaboration with strategy and design leads are critical to the success of this role. We are searching for someone with experience providing proactive, day-to-day client service, anticipating needs, and providing brand stewardship for clients while balancing the needs of the creative teams. You’ll need to thrive in an environment of practitioners passionate about the art of branding.

Expectations, Skills + Experience

• Partner with client and internal team leads to guide strategy and design from initial briefing to final deliverables
• Understand and promote Deskey’s capabilities
• Open to full or part-time with hybrid work environment
• 4-6+ years of agency or real-world experience specific to branding and design  
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong project management skills (estimation, budget oversight, timelines, and organization)
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and understanding of the world around us, including clients and teams
• Critical eye to detail
