Conquering with Quality and Quantity

Walmart’s Spring Valley was the largest vitamin brand. However, while the rest of the category was seeing growth, its sales were declining. We got to work leveraging our experience and crafted a brand architecture and packaging design system to meet the range of offerings.

Our understanding of compliance and FDA requirements in the pharmaceutical labeling process allowed us to provide deliverables in a fast, efficient manner with less rework. We released more than 1,000 total SKUs in an aggressive marketing window to help Spring Valley become the fastest-growing private brand at Walmart in the health and beauty category.
